Shipping Policy

Delivery Destinations and Charges

We deliver products globally using courier companies like DTDC, Aramex, DHL, FedEx, Trackon, Blazeflash, First Flight Etc.

In India

We provides free delivery on all items if your total order amount is more than Rs. 500/-. For orders below, Rs. 500/-, delivery Charges are calculated automatically at checkout, based on size and weight of the items coupled with delivery location.

Outside India

For Global delivery, we have Standard or Express Delivery.

If you choose Standard Delivery, your parcel is sent via EMS/Speed Post. The parcel would be delivered by the EMS partner in your country - which is typically the national postal service of the destination country. In such cases, the expected delivery date is indicative of date of delivery. The actual delivery date may vary on the basis of service levels of local shipping partner of EMS.

In case of Express Delivery, commited date excludes holidays (Weekends, Public Holidays in India and destination country), unforeseen delays in customs clearances and alternative shipping instructions provided by customer / recepient to courier company.

If the shipment does not get delivered within stipulated time for Express Delivery, Novita4U shall refund you the difference between the Express and Standard Shipping charges for your order.

If you feel that courier company has incorrectly updated the order status as delivered or has not delivered the order, please let us know within 4 days of your expected date of delivery. We will coordinate with the courier company to provide you with the proof of delivery.

Once the shipment is handed over to overseas shipping company, no modification can be made to the order. Any change in delivery address or specific delivery instructions would be accepted only if designated courier company is able to entertain these instructions.

The shipping charges for global delivery are dependent on the destination country and the weight of the parcel. The applicable shipping charges will be displayed to you while you place the order.

All the duties to be paid for export from India would be borne by Novita4U. Any import duties or local duties levied at destination would be borne by the recepient of the shipment. These duties are directly to be paid to the delivery boy.

The actual amount charged on your account / card might differ than what is shown at the time of the transaction due to difference in exchange rate applied by us and your card issuing company/ payment gateway and surcharges applied by these.

 Estimated Delivery Time

In India

If the item is in stock, it will be delivered in 5-7 days from the order date. While most items are delivered in 5-7 days, there are a few items which may be delivered in 7-15 days. 

Outside India

For countries outside of India, the expected delivery date is the indicative of date of delivery. The actual delivery date may vary on the basis of service levels of local shipping partner of EMS.

If the shipment does not get delivered within stipulated time for Express Delivery, Novita4U shall refund you the difference between the Express and Standard Shipping charges for your order.

Refunds and Replacements (Global)

In case a product gets damaged during transit, you can opt for a Full Refund or Exchange. To process any such claims, customers must notify Novita4U with a photograph of the damaged product within 2 days of receipt of the product. 
 
The 14 days exchange policy is not applicable for orders that are delivered outside India and would cover only manufacturing defects upto 14 days of delivery of the product.

 

Tracking your Shipment

Novita4U uses reliable couriers to ensure timely delivery to our customers. We notify our customers via a shipment confirmation email within 24 hours of dispatching the product(s). You can track the status of your shipment by clicking on Track your Order link on the Novita4U website.
