Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

Returns and Refunds Policy

 For India

All products on our website (www.novita4u.com) are covered by our 14 Day exchange policy.

Please follow the procedure outlined below to let us know if you have any sizing issues or find any damages or defects in products purchased from our website within 14 days from the date of delivery, and we will send a replacement product to you, if the product is in stock. If the returned product is out of stock, you may exchange it for any other product of equal or higher value from our online store (for higher value products you can pay the difference using debit card or credit card).

Please ensure that the procedure outlined below is followed for us to process your return request.

Please note: - Return or replacement of products is subject to inspection and checking by the Novita4u team. A product is eligible for return or replacement if it is defective or has incorrect size.

In order to get a defective product replaced, please contact our Customer Service helpdesk via email at returns@novita4u.com or call us on 011-4100-1318 between 10:00 a.m and 6:00 p.m IST(Week days except public holidays), within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery. The defective item will be reviewed within 48 hours of being received from the customer. If found eligible for replacement or return, a replacement will be shipped immediately (if product is in stock). If product is not in stock, you can also purchase any other product of equal or higher value in exchange, from our online store. If the customer does not wish to purchase any other product in stock, then a refund will be issued for the returned product by the same method by which payment was received (Not applicable for Cash on Delivery orders).

If client has paid twice for one transaction, one transaction amount will be refunded entirely via same source within 15 to 20 working days. 

The following products shall not be eligible for return or replacement under this 14 Day Replacement Policy:

  • Any product that exhibits physical damage to the box or to the product due to neglect, improper usage or application
  • Any product that has been washed
  • Any product not in its original condition
  • Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the retail box and all other items originally included with the product at the time of delivery
  • Any product without a valid and readable serial number or other product information such as brand, SKU etc, including but not limited to products with missing, damaged, altered, tampered serial number or other product information such as brand, SKU etc
  • Any product without the original invoice
  • Some special rules for promotional offers may override our 14 Day Exchange Policy

Please note that any convenience charges and the shipping charges would not be included in the refund value of your order as these are non-refundable charges.

Post receipt of the return package, we will inspect the returned product. Once approved as an eligible return, we will issue a replacement for the returned product. Alternately you can purchase another product of the same value or higher from our online store. No refund will be provided.

If however the return is found not eligible for replacement, we will courier the same back to you. In either scenario your return issue will be closed within 10 days of our receiving the return package from you. In such cases shipping charges will not be borne by us. We have sole discretion in deciding whether to accept the returns or not depending on the merit of the case.

We will send you an acknowledgement mail on receiving your package and on validating your return. Also we will send you a closure mail at the closure of your refund/replacement.

 Refunds and Replacements (Global)

In case a product gets damaged during transit outside of India, you can opt for a Full Refund or Exchange. To process any such claims, customers must notify Novita4U with a photograph of the damaged product within 2 days of receipt of the product. 
 
The 14 days exchange policy is not applicable for orders that are delivered outside India and would cover only manufacturing defects upto 14 days of delivery of the product.

Procedure to Return a Purchased Product

In order to return a product, please contact our Customer Service helpdesk via email at returns@novita4u.com or call us on 011-4100-1318 between 10:00 a.m and 6:00 p.m IST(Week days except public holidays), within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery. Our customer service representative will help you with the process. Please ensure that you have the following details available at the time of calling us or emailing us -

Order Number, Invoice Number, Date of receipt of delivery and reason for return.

If your order is approved for return -

  • Please include the original contents, certificates, invoice and any additional material sent with the shipment and ensure that the packet is properly sealed.
  • Please send the return shipment back to us on the address below -

Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact our Customer Service helpdesk via email at cancellations@novita4u.com or call us on 011-4100-1318 between 10:00 a.m to 6:00 p.m IST within 24 hrs of placing the order.

Cancellation of order by Customer before product has shipped:

  • If you wish to cancel your order within 24 hours of placing the order and before your product has been shipped, we will refund the entire amount within 14 days of acknowledgement of cancellation mail from us.
  • If you wish to cancel your order after 24 hours of placing the order and before your product has been shipped, we will refund the amount after deducting bank charges levied to process the order. We will refund the amount within 14 days of acknowledgement of cancellation mail from us.

Cancellation of order by Customer after product has shipped:

  • If your product has shipped by us, we are unable to cancel the order.
  • If you received the product, it will be eligible for replacement only if it is damaged, defective or has incorrect size. See 14 Day Exchange policy for further details.

Cancellation of order by Novita4u.com:

While, we try to ship out every order that has been successfully placed on Novita4U.com, there are some situations in which we may have to cancel orders. Some of the situations that may result in your order being cancelled include (but not limited to):

  • Product No Longer Available With Us Or Temporarily Out Of Stock
  • Limitations On Quantities Available For Purchase
  • Inaccuracies Or Errors In Product Or Pricing Or Promotion Information
  • Problems Identified By Our Credit And Fraud Avoidance Department
  • Inaccurate Or Insufficient Address
  • Non-Serviceable Locations

At times we may also require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is cancelled or if additional information is required to accept your order. If your order is cancelled after your payment has been done, the charged amount will be refunded to within 14 days of receiving your order payment.
